Share, Talk and Remember: Setting up your own bereavement peer-support group

Location: Online or over the phone
Time: 10:00 - 12:00

Are you interested in setting up a bereavement peer-support group in your local area? Do you want to hear from residents in Stockwood about what has worked well for them?

Come along to one of our free online introductory workshops to learn more about why this support is important, and how you can help make it happen in your local area. This workshop is an insight into further free training & support, part of which will include a take-away toolkit.

When? Places are still currently available for workshops on 1st May, 29th May and 12th June (all 10:00 – 12:00).

Where? Online via Zoom. Technology does not need to be a barrier as it is also possible to join the workshop via a landline phone.

Who? This workshop is suitable for anyone interested in setting up a bereavement peer-support group in their local neighbourhood of Bristol, and therefore particularly suitable for Bristol residents or for community workers who can support local residents with this.

To book a place on this workshop please email clairechivers@ageukbristol.org.uk or phone 0117 928 1539. Places are limited so make sure you get in touch!
