Who We Are
BAB is a partnership of individuals and organisations working together to reduce isolation and loneliness among older people in Bristol.
In this section we'll be sharing some of the learning gathered from the BAB projects we've already run.
Most of the learning can be found in our Learning Digests section, where we've compiled knowledge gained from projects commissioned by BAB. It includes everything from finding participants to ensuring accessibility needs are met, and is a great resource for anyone looking to run projects or activities tackling isolation and loneliness.
We also have a variety of learning reports from both ourselves and our Community Researchers.
Here you can find a range of useful links and documents from external sources and other Ageing Better areas sharing advice and knowledge about tackling loneliness and isolation.
We also share learning with the partnership in a monthly Learning Update email. If you'd like to be added to the list and receive future Learning Updates, please sign up here.
BAB is funded by the National Lottery Community Fund to develop and deliver a programme that identifies the best ways of reducing the isolation and loneliness of older people.
