New BAB calendar

7 Dec 2017

The eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed some changes to the BAB website of late. We’ve added a new calendar module to the site, allowing us to feature regular or recurring events we fund that are hosted by BAB and our delivery partners more easily.

In turn, we hope that it can become a useful resource for our wider partnership, enabling them to find out more easily about the activity that BAB is funding, when they take place and how people can get involved.

What we need now is your assistance in helping us to populate this page. If you are involved in BAB-funded activity and would like to see it featured on the website, now is your chance.

What we need from you in order to publicise your event or activity is:

Around 200 – 300 words describing what the event or activity is, who can take part and whether they need to register ahead of time.

When and where the event or activity takes place.

Whether it is a regular event or a one off.

AND

If it is a recurring event, how many sessions there will be and on which dates they will take place.

With this information we can create an online listing and help to boost the profile of your organisation and the BAB projects that you run.

BAB Programme Director Adam Rees says: “We’re eager to ensure that all of our partners are kept in the loop about BAB funded activity taking place in Bristol. The new calendar on the site is an easy way to achieve that goal, and we’re hoping people will be keen to get involved.”

To submit your event or activity, send an email to rosiekelly@ageukbristol.org.uk with the details requested above.

Please note that as the resource is intended to catalogue BAB funded activity, we will not be able to add events run by organisations not currently in receipt of BAB funds.
