We are seeking an experienced Communications Officer to work with the Programme Manager, BAB Communications Group and Programme Management team to help develop, review and implement the communications strategy, ensuring that positive images of ageing are promoted
and that awareness is raised of the BAB programme and all of its projects.
We are looking for a creative person who can work on their own initiative, with experience of writing press releases, using social media and maintaining a website. The Communications Officer will work closely with the BAB Communications Group to raise the profile of BAB projects through local media, policy makers and commissioners.
Bristol Ageing Better Communications Officer (maternity cover)
Part time - 28 hours per week (days and times to be agreed)
£22,704 per annum (pro rata)
12 months fixed term contract
